MyFordBenefits Login For Current Employees

Here’s how active or current employees can login their account;

  1. Copy and paste the link to your Internet browser to directly open the Current Ford Employee website: https://corp.sts.ford.com/adfs/ls/
  2. Or visit the MyFordBenefits portal page: https://myfordbenefits.com and click on ”Current Employees” tab.
  3. Enter your CDS ID or Employee ID as an active or current employee.
  4. Input your Password in the space provided. If you can’t remember your password, click on ”Forgot Password?” link to reset it.
  5. Click on “Sign In” to access your employee dashboard.

Are you a new or unregistered employee? If you’re a new Ford Motor employee, you won’t be able to create a MyFordBenefits account on your own. Instead, your administrator will handle the registration process for you. After you’re officially employed by Ford, you’ll receive your personal CDS ID or employee ID and password, which will allow you to access the MyFordBenefits login portal.

MyFordBenefits Digital Alight Login For Former Employees

For retirees or former employees, you are to use MyFordBenefits Login via Digital Alight. Follow these instructions;

1: Copy the MyFordBenefits employee Digital Alight website URL and open your browser: https://digital.alight.com/ford

2: Input your User ID and Password in the space provided. Your User ID is also your employee ID or Username used to create your account.

3: Click on “Log On” to gain access to your staples employee account. Once logged in you can use all the employee benefits attached with it.

                                                                           OR

4: Click on “Login With Alight Mobile” which is a way to verify your identity through unique personal characteristics. This includes; fingerprints and facial features.

Can’t Log in?

  • If Yes: If you can’t remember your user ID or password, click on ”Forgot User ID and Password”.
  • If No: You’ll need to register as a new user .
